The special reducer for extruder is a kind of complicated machine, which can reduce speed and increase torque. Precautions before installation.

1. The special speed reducer for extruder should be cleaned before use. And check if there is any bruise or dirt on the installation shaft, if any should be cleaned completely.

3. Check whether the hole (or axis) of the connection of the reducer is in accordance with the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7 (the tolerance of the shaft is H6).

Use and maintenance

1. After installation, check for flexibility. Formal use must be carried out no-load test, under normal operation condition, in gradual loading operation.

2. The speed reducer is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated load.

3. The reducer should check whether the oil level is normal before use and in the work, and the special speed reducer for extruder has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory, lubricating oil name: medium load industrial gear oil gb5903-86220.
